Project Documentation — Name and Logo
Hello, my name is Brett Wilson and I am 23 years old with Spinal Muscular Atrophy. I am attending Maryville University with the goal of obtaining a Digital Media degree. I am in my senior year, and I am currently in my Capstone I class.
The project that I will be building is centered around those with disabilities and parents of those with disabilities. The goal is to provide them with much needed information, life tips, and community involvement that will assist them with living a life with a disability. Additionally within the community section will be a continuously updated list of events going on that are about that specific disability.
The final name that I have decided on is GeneAware. I chose this because it is easy to read, self-explanatory, and memorable.
At this point, I am feeling very confident with my project, and am looking forward to the next steps. My goals moving forward are to create a functional app for a prototype.
